She has the Fabulously Wealthy Lifetime Wish, because a common interpretation of this card suggests an element of change in your life, such as in station, position, or fortune.
The card depicts a giant wheel surrounded by an angel, an eagle, a bull, and a lion. These are related to the zodiac signs Leo, Taurus, Scorpio, and Aquarius. There are two Egyptian figures shown on the card, which are a sphinx and the devil [or Anubis]. These figures represent the knowledge of the gods and kings and the underworld. They are forever rotating in a cycle, suggesting that when one goes up, one comes down.
